This document contains important information about the personal data that is collected by visiting the site www.assoprof.net and describes how it is used. The information should be read carefully before submitting any type of personal information and/or filling in any electronic form on the site www.assoprof.net and is made pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) only for this site (it is not valid for other websites that the user may consult through appropriate links).
A) Data controller
The data controller is Studio Piana Illuzzi Queirolo Trabattoni (C.F. and P.IVA 03059940100) with headquarters in Genoa, Via San Vincenzo, 2.
B) Personal data collected
B.1.) Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site acquire, during normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is the case of IP (Internet Protocol) addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URL (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses and of the resources requested, the time of the request, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
B.2) Data provided voluntarily by the user/visitor
The voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated does not imply the request for consent and the possible compilation of forms specifically prepared imply the subsequent acquisition of the address and data of the sender/user, necessary to respond to the requests produced.

The site uses only technical cookies in order to ensure and facilitate the navigation and use of the site itself. Without these cookies, the site may not function properly. Cookies for profiling purposes are not used in any way. While browsing the site the visitor receives third party cookies, these are analytical cookies that, being anonymized, do not require any consent from the user. C) Legal grounds and purpose of processing
Your personal data is processed by the Controller for the following purposes:
– respond to your specific requests sent to the addresses indicated on the site.
The processing of your personal data for this purpose does not require your consent as it will be legally based on your request. The provision of your personal data is not compulsory and, however, in the absence of such data it will not be possible to proceed with the processing or, consequently, to respond to your requests.
D) Mode and duration of treatment
The acquired data are treated by the Data Controller in respect of the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, limitation of purposes and conservation, minimization of data, exactness, integrity and confidentiality. The treatment is carried out with electronic and / or paper with the use of security measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal data and to avoid undue access to unauthorized parties. The data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed and, subsequently, for 10 years according to the deadlines provided by law. After this period, the Data Controller will delete your personal data. The verification of the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.
E) Target categories
The proper processing of your data in pursuit of the purposes set forth in this policy may result in third parties being in a position to process such data in turn.
These are:
(a) the employees of the Data Controller, who have been entrusted with specific activities for the processing of such data. These subjects, as persons authorized to process data by the Data Controller, have been given specific instructions on security and proper use of personal data pursuant to art. 29 of the Regulation;
b) third parties who carry out activities related and / or instrumental to that of the Data Controller and / or on behalf of the latter, who have been appointed as Data Processors.
F) Rights of the data subject
At any time, and in accordance with the law, you have the right to ask the Data Controller to access your personal data, to rectify or erase them, as well as to limit the processing.
You may also oppose the processing and take advantage of the portability of your data. These rights may be exercised by e-mail communication to the e-mail address studio@assoprof.net or by writing to the Data Controller at the address specified in letter A).
If you believe that the processing of your data has been carried out in violation of the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisor (according to the procedures indicated on the website http://www.garanteprivacy.it)
