Scientific High School Diploma in 1985 score 60/60; First-class Honours
Degree in Economics and Commerce from Università degli Studi di Genova in 1990.
She started working with the Firm in 1990, Chartered Accountant registered in Genoa Association of Certified Chartered Accountants since 1992, registered with Board of Legal Auditors since 1995, partner of the Firm since 1998.
Areas of expertise: corporate advice on tax and commercial law in particular in VAT, shipping and pleasure craft sector, tax disputes and assistance in measures to avoid tax litigation, corporate finance, international tax planning and transfer price, critical issues and benefits in business innovation processes.
She has served and serves as Auditor and Chairman of Monitoring Committee in corporations and foundations.
Speaker at national and international conferences, lecturer for trade associations, author or co-author of various tax and corporate law publications in magazines specialized in fiscal and maritime areas, member of study commissions. Interviewed as a tax expert in the shipping and pleasure area by the Financial Times and Superyacht Report.
